臨海那條路上，
幾個海豚造型的路牌，已經被海水的鹽分鏽蝕的搖搖晃晃。
一座小小的公園盡頭是海水浴場的售票口，從周圍商家留下來的痕跡與售票處的規模，不難想見70年代這裡每到夏天就人山人海的熱鬧景象。
現在，每天到了黃昏，除了偶爾來這裡運動的老夫婦，就只剩下夕陽與海鷗了。
越過馬路，在公園的斜對面有一間酒吧。
推開吱吱作響的木門，首先看到的是吧檯牆上的大船舵以及魚的模型。
聽說以前的老闆是個漁夫，過世之後酒吧一直由親戚經營著。
現在的老闆不怎麼管店裡的事，擺設也沒有更動過。
角落有一張撞球台，那裏大概是全室最明亮的地方了，其他如座位，全都隱沒在昏黃之中。生意似乎冷冷清清，只有兩三對似乎是剛從海邊玩回來的情侶，低聲的交談，不時發出笑聲。
吧檯的左邊擺了一台投幣式的點歌機，第一次玩時真的被嚇到了，裡面的歌出奇的新，從Britney Spears到周杰倫的歌都有，這似乎是店裡唯一跟著時間一起往前的事物。
有的時候，心情不好就自己一個人搭公車，轉個幾班去那裡點幾首歌。
當然每次點的都差不多，不過最後一定都會點Avril Lavinge的Complicated收尾。這首歌從2002年發行單曲到現在，已經五年了，聽了五年，還是喜歡聽。
或者說，聽這首歌時總是帶著特別的情感。
2002年，要升高中的那個暑假，被父母送去美國，在那待了整整兩個月。
六週的時間，都花在一個當地高中與performing arts school合辦的program，一齣舞台劇。學員總共有75人，都是當地的學生，只有我一個外國人。
那是一個陣容堅強的團隊，其中有一個小型的芭蕾舞團、樂團(violin, cello, flute, piano....還有很多)、合唱部、道具組、場地組、裁縫組、化妝組、燈光廠控.........當然，不可或缺的，演員。結果就是，非常專業而成功的演出。
成功背後是有代價的，在那六週每天早上八點多開始，開會檢討前一天的缺點，然後就是不斷的工作與排練一直到晚上七點多，最後一個禮拜甚至每天工作到晚上十點。
體力的勞動之外還有精神上的壓力。剛開始，語言的不適應，又沒有認識的朋友。對一個從小在台灣長大，沒有補過英文，只有接受三年國中英語教育，上課又不怎麼認真的人來說，那真的是一項極大的挑戰。
每天，也只有在跳上回家的交通車時能夠喘口氣。交通車上，收音機總是撥著當地的流行音樂電台，而每次大概都是在開始撥Top20的時候上車，然後心裡就跟著收音機一起倒數，數到Top 2 or Top 1 時就是Avril Lavinge的Complicated，歌撥完時，也到家了。
久而久之，每天都期待能夠聽到這首歌，偶爾車子開的快了，來不及撥Top 5就快到家時，甚至還會希望車子開慢一點。
嗯，就是這樣。 不多說了，投十元，聽歌吧。咚。
